This 100,000 sf 4-story addition to the existing Furniture Mart included 90,000 sf of retail space, a new south entry, restaurant addition and retail upfits.  Keeping the project quickly moving along while not negatively impacting ongoing retail operations was critical, and a challenge Hickory Construction very successfully met..
