We’ve completed over 200 projects for this continually growing long-term client.  This 3-story, 36,000 sf upper classman suite-style dormitory features an intricate Flemmish Bond brick pattern.  It also prompted Otis Pitts, Director of Facilities, to say “I don’t think that there is a range that Hickory Construction couldn’t cover.  I really don’t.  In my experience with them for 15 years here at Lenoir Rhyne, I’ve never had any surprises”.
