This project consists of 34 luxurious town homes (over $1 million each) lining the presigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in Arden, NC. All 34 units were presold, and Hickory’s residential team worked individually with each buyer to bring their own custom vision to life and make the construction process a great experience.
